I’m specialized in Crafta Therapy
“Crafta” is a manual therapy concept. It mainly appeals to patients with pain in the head, neck and jaw area. The focus is on treating patients with the following symptoms such as:
Jaw pain, headache, tinnitus, dizziness, any kind of nerve pain in the head and face area, unspecific (without cause) symptoms in the head / jaw / face area.
Cracking jaw joint and / or grinding in the jaw (bruxism) are among my specialities. I also look after children with crossbites in collaboration with dentists and orthodontists. Support patients before and after jaw operations (for example Corrective osteotomies) and I do have a interdisciplinary work with ENT doctors.
In close cooperation with ENT´s, therefore, I am providing Manual Therapy treatments for muscicians, who, because of Noise disturbance, wrong Posture of the Body (because of carrying/Holding Instruments), develope painful Symptoms in the areas of Head, Spine, ear and/of Jaw.

2005 to 2009
I’ve completed a bachelor degree in the Europa Fachhochschule Fresenius, Idstein, University of Applied Sciences - Netherlands.
2009 to 2011
I worked in rehabilitation of people with neurological impairments, such as strokes, multiple sclerosis, morbid parkinson, etc. At Neurological Rehab Centre, Bad Pirawarth - Austria.
2011 to 2012
I worked with clients with a focus on crania-facial dysfunctions. At ATS Praxis, Vienna - Austria.
2012 until 2021
I work with clients who suffer of craniofacial dysfunctions. I have been working in cooperation with the team of swissphysio (1. district) and as well in the office of Dr. Kürsten, ENT in 1. district / Vienna.
Since 15.7.2022 New, cosy and relaxing Physiotherapy Praxis in Weimarerstraße 4/3, 18. district (beautiful Währing). Still in close Cooperation with ENT office of Dr. Kürsten, 1. district.

Costs
Before starting physiotherapy, you will need a doctor's prescription for physiotherapy, from your general practitioner or specialist. The prescription can then be approved by a chief physician at your health insurance company. Depending on the health insurance company, you will then be reimbursed part of the costs when submitting the invoice including the prescription.

If you are unable to attend an agreed appointment, it is necessary to cancel it within 24 hours at the latest. Otherwise, unfortunately, I have to charge for it.
